Infinix Note 30 Pro is one of the top official mid-range smartphones of Bangladesh in 2023, according to our evaluation. It comes with a few added features that you won’t find on any phone at this price point. But let’s begin with the outlook. It has an immersive boxy shape design with very minimal chin bezel. The rear part is made of a frosted type glass and has a sparkle matte texture that shines under sunlight. It matches very well with the camera cutout and overall this one looks very premium while holding in the hand. IP54 rating is there to safeguard it against dust and water splashes. But there is no screen protection and we suggest you buy one separately for this precious and gorgeous handset.
The screen is up to the standard. We are receiving a 6.67” large FHD+ AMOLED panel and 120Hz refresh rate. But there is no Widevine L1 support and you have to be satisfied with Widevine L3. It means you can stream videos at up to 480p quality and 720p (HD) quality isn’t available for streaming. A Samsung HM6 sensor is used for its 108 MP primary camera. We have seen photo samples. Colors look punchy, slightly boosted, and tend to push warmer tones, especially under lower light conditions. But sharpness and details are adequate for the budget. Night mode has better light and details than you may expect, and we were satisfied with it. There is up to 2K video recording facility but 1080p (Full HD) recording has stabilization and provides overall better quality, more stable footage. Shots from the selfie camera looked very nice, especially because of 32 Megapixels. We liked the amount of details. But there is a tendency to soften the skin tone. Besides that, there is dual video mode for capturing videos with both cameras simultaneously.
Charging system is one of its prime advantages. We got an 68W charger to start with, which takes about 45 minutes for a full charge. Then an additional 15W wireless charging pad is included in the box. We hardly ever saw a wireless charger in a mid-range phone before. Charging time is between 2 to 2 and a half hours with this one. There is a Bypass Charging system for better battery sustainability and phone cooling if you use the phone (play games etc.) while charging, which is a highly appreciated advanced technology. You can expect about six hours of screen-on-time and about 1.5 days backup with its 5000 mAh battery. Not much to say about performance here since we got a well-known MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, 8 GB RAM and 5 GB virtual RAM. Gaming is stable and smooth. It gets slightly warmer when gaming for a longer time but no overheating issue. The sound system is very impressive. There are dual speakers tuned by JBL and if you are a fan of fine audio quality, this is one of the best choices out there at this price. There is also reverse charging, a fast UFS 2.2 256 GB internal storage, dedicated MicroSD slot, FM radio and so on.
